She began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker in Morgan Hill and  quickly achieved International Diamond Society (Top Producer) status. Annette obtained her Previews Property designation  with Coldwell Banker. She moved to Alain Pinel Realtors and has been with the Morgan Hill office for 5 years and was a member of the President's Roundtable in 2004.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism and Physical Education from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Her whole family serves at their church (2 on the worship team, 2 in the A/V department); and she serves as a church council member.
